OK, So I redid the layout for last week. It was an important week and I just threw that other one together... totally did not like it. I will still do a layout of Alex's graduation separately, but I still wanted to hi-light that in my week layout. The prior layout looked girly and well... just ick! :)

My layout for last week. I really rushed this. I'm busy with my Art of Digital Design class and spending all my Digi Time working on my kit. I didn't want to get behind, so I threw this one together tonight. A bit busy for my taste.

I'm catching up. I quit doing my weekly digi layouts. Here's the last one for May. For those who know about the class I've been taking, this is a sneak preview at my kit. I made all of the papers and elements on this page. I wanted to try them out and see how they looked on an actual layout.

I am totally being lazy this week. I used a Jessica Sprague template and just modified it a little to add another photo and swapped out her title. Not crazy about this, but I've been in the paper crafting mode this week and digi kind of got put on the back burner this week.

This was a template I didn't use from my Type + Writer 2 class. The assignment was to photograph and make a layout of your week. Well, since I already do that, I just used it here. The template belongs to Jessica Sprague, the papers are from the Haiti kit still.

Well folks, this is probably my least favorite layout to date, but I'm still trying to use the Haiti kit and I tried changing papers, I changed the journaling element 3 times, I changed the embellishments a couple of times and it just wasn't going anywhere, I finally just said.. "Heck, go with it.. next week do something different. SO... here it is. This week has been sooo super busy with baseball every night right after work, then home and try to get something around for dinner before going to bed... I just decided it wasn't worth stressing over. The big picture is, I stayed on track and it's completed. This week only two baseball games. :) See.. it all evens out in the end.
